BOSTON, October 5, 2026 – Proskauer advised growth equity investment firm Volition Capital (“Volition”) on the final closing of Volition Capital Fund VI, L.P. (“Fund VI”) at its hard cap of $950 million in limited partner capital commitments. Fund VI was oversubscribed and is the largest fund raised by Volition to date, bringing its total assets under management to over $2.6 billion.
With Fund VI, Volition will continue its established strategy of investing in founder-owned technology companies that have demonstrated strong customer demand and achieved meaningful growth with limited institutional capital. The firm has a long record of leading growth investments in capital-efficient B2B software, internet, and consumer companies.
