Hunter Becker is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group.
Hunter advises private fund sponsors—including large, diversified asset managers and emerging managers—on the structuring, formation, and offering of private funds and related investment vehicles across a range of asset classes and jurisdictions. His practice also encompasses secondary transactions and the representation of institutional investors in connection with private fund investments.
Hunter earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where he held internships with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and a prominent institutional investor.
