Hunter Becker is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group.
Hunter advises private fund sponsors—including large, diversified asset managers and emerging managers—on the formation of private equity funds, secondary transactions, and investor representation. He works closely with sponsors on the structuring and offering of private investment funds and other alternative investment vehicles across a range of asset classes and jurisdictions.
Hunter earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where he interned with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and a prominent institutional investor.
