LONDON, October 12, 2026 – Proskauer advised leading European growth investor Synova on its acquisition of netIP from Adelis Equity Partners.

netIP is a leading Danish IT services provider offering IT outsourcing, infrastructure, cybersecurity and consultancy services primarily to small and medium-sized enterprises. Founded in 1996 and based in Thisted, the business serves approximately 2,700 customers and employs more than 270 people across 11 locations in Denmark. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
