Kyle Spencer is a Private Equity M&A associate and a member of the Firm’s Private Capital industry group.
Kyle advises private equity firms and other financial sponsors on a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including leveraged buyouts, bolt-on acquisitions, complex carve-outs, disposals, management buyouts, strategic joint ventures, co-investments and minority investments. Kyle also has experience advising private equity portfolio companies and management teams on general corporate advisory and governance matters.
Over the past two years, Kyle has advised on M&A transactions with an aggregate value of more than $10 billion across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare and pharmaceuticals, technology, industrial chemicals, energy, and transport and logistics.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Kyle practiced at another leading US law firm.
