NEW YORK, May 6, 2026 – Proskauer advised MoonPay X Games League (“XGL”) on the sale to Una Sports Group (“UNA) of two teams, each in an eight-figure transaction. The teams will represent New York and compete in the XGL’s summer and winter leagues. UNA is the first single group to own two XGL clubs.
Launching in 2026, XGL brings an exciting new extension to the iconic X Games brand as the world’s first year-round, team-based, co-ed league in action sports. The League will initially feature eight teams (four Winter X Games teams and four Summer X Games teams) that fuse geographic identity with global athletic talent.
