Jack advises private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, management teams and strategic acquirers on all aspects of M&A, private equity and corporate finance deal work. Jack has experience in a broad range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and growth investments.
