PARIS, March 7, 2024 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced today that it has advised Initiative & Finance’s "Tomorrow" fund in relation to taking a majority stake in Ocellis, one of the leading players in the development and climate engineering spaces in France.

Initiative & Finance invested alongside Arkéa Capital, the founder Christophe Pinot and the management team and its participation will allow Ocellis to continue its strong development while strengthening the presence of its key executives.
