BOSTON, November 30, 2023 – Leading international law firm Proskauer announced today that it advised Harbour Group on the formation of a $425 million multi-asset continuation fund. The deal was comprised of seven interests held by Harbour Group Investments VI, L.P. operating in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.
Harbour Group is a privately owned operations-focused company based in St. Louis, Missouri. Its companies are engaged in manufacturing and distribution across diverse industries, including specialty chemicals, outdoor living products, specialty fittings, remote monitoring solutions, control solutions, LED lighting, flow control, thermal management solutions, boiler systems, professional diagnostic and repair tools, and auxiliary plastic processing equipment.
