NEW YORK, September 8, 2026 – Proskauer advised Glouston Capital Partners (Glouston), a Boston-based private equity secondaries manager, on its acquisition by Flexstone Partners (Flexstone), a global private markets investment manager and an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers.

The combination enhances Flexstone's secondary market capabilities by adding Glouston's established presence in the North American middle market and deep relationships across the private equity ecosystem.
