Alyssa Nelson Swanstrom is an associate in the Firm’s Tax Department and a member of the Compensation & Benefits Group.
Alyssa advises public and private company clients on a broad range of compensation and benefits matters, including in connection with mergers and acquisitions. Her practice includes assisting with the design, implementation, and compliance of executive compensation arrangements and employee benefit plans. She also supports employers in navigating the complex legal and regulatory framework governing compensation and benefits, including compliance with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Alyssa received her LL.M. in Taxation, with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center and practiced as a corporate associate at another national law firm.
