Potential acquisition will include baby food activities in France, excluding infant milk
PARIS, February 15, 2024 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced today that it is advising FnB Private Equity on its exclusive negotiations with Nestlé over its potential acquisition of the organization’s baby food unit in France.
This acquisition would include brands sold in France and abroad as well as the factory in Arches, France which produces them. The project is expected to be finalized during the first half of 2024 and is subject to regulatory approval, the negotiation of transfer contracts and the end of legal information-consultation procedures.
