Vanessa Hamiane is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department and a member of our Private Equity Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Paris.
Vanessa advises leading private companies and investment funds in connection with their LBO, M&A and build-up operations in all sectors, with particular expertise in technology, food industry and personal care. Vanessa’s practice covers a wide variety of domestic and cross-border acquisitions and sales, including conducting legal due diligence (buy-side and sell-side), negotiating and drafting the contractual documentation, and advising on the feasibility of carve-out and restructuring operations.
Vanessa is a member of the Proskauer Woman’s Alliance Steering Committee and was selected to be a Protégée in the Proskauer Women’s Sponsorship Program 2024.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Vanessa was an associate in the M&A and Private Equity department within another leading law firm in Paris.
