LONDON, July 8, 2025 – Leading international law firm Proskauer today announced that it advised the financing sources in connection with the issuance of €375 million senior secured notes and a €185 million super senior revolving credit facility by eDreams ODIGEO SA (eDreams), a leading global travel subscription company and one of Europe’s largest e-commerce companies. The proceeds were used to refinance existing indebtedness.

Spanish-headquartered eDreams is one of the largest suppliers worldwide of flight mediation services, and also provides non-flight mediation services such as hotel bookings, customized and dynamically priced travel packages, car rentals, travel insurance and other ancillary services.
