Warren Newton is a partner in the Global Finance practice, London’s Leveraged Finance team, and a member of the Firm’s Private Capital industry group.
Warren specializes in domestic and cross-border leveraged acquisition and event-driven financings and advises market-leading banks and private credit funds across the capital structure.
His experience includes broadly syndicated senior Term Loan B financings, second lien financings, bank/bond transactions, unitranche structures, and holdco PIK financings. Warren has extensive knowledge of the private and public leveraged loan markets and regularly advises arrangers, lenders, underwriters and agents on acquisition and other event-driven finance transactions.
In 2019, Warren spent nine months on secondment in the business team at a leading investment bank in London.
