LONDON, March 10, 2026 – Proskauer advised the financing sources in connection with the sale of £280 million of senior secured notes by Keepmoat, a U.K. homebuilder that is owned by real estate-focused asset manager Aermont Capital.

Keepmoat utilized the net proceeds to fund the redemption of its outstanding senior secured notes due 2030.

Proskauer also advised financing sources on an amendment and restatement of the company’s existing revolving credit facility (RCF) in connection, which involved upsizing the committed amount to £100 million and extending the RCF maturity.
