LONDON, January 19, 2021 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, today announced that it advised Deliveroo on its Series H funding round that raised over $180 million from existing investors, led by Durable Capital Partners LP and Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC, valuing the business at over $7 billion.

With this latest funding round, Deliveroo will continue to invest to further drive growth and enhancements to its services for restaurants, riders and consumers.
