June 1, 2018 (New York) – International law firm Proskauer represented Cincinnati Eye Institute (CEI) in the launch of CEI Vision Partners (CEIVP), a new management services organization formed with an investment from Revelstoke Capital Partners.
CEI’s management team will lead CEIVP’s operations and will continue to provide resources and capabilities to support CEI’s clinical operations.
The largest ophthalmology organization in the midwest region of the U.S., CEI provides a high level of medical and surgical eye care with its more than 60 practicing ophthalmologists and optometrists.
