PARIS, 24 September 2026 – Proskauer advised Bridgepoint Development Capital on the sale of the Sotralu Group, a European specialist in premium solutions for aluminium window and door systems, to Andera Partners. The transaction takes the form of an LBO completed alongside the management team.

Founded in 1978, Sotralu is a leading European designer and manufacturer of premium solutions for aluminium window and door systems. The Group operates an integrated industrial platform comprising four complementary sites located in France, Portugal and Italy.

With the support of Andera Expansion, Sotralu intends to consolidate its position among Europe’s leading industry players and accelerate its growth. In particular, the Group plans to launch new products through its design and engineering department, increase cross-selling among its various entities and continue its international expansion. Acquisitions will also remain a key driver of value creation.
