Corentin Traxel is an associate in the Tax Department. Corentin advises private equity funds, corporate groups and management teams on tax matters, primarily in a transactional context.

He is involved in the tax structuring of acquisitions and disposals (including LBOs and M&A transactions), reorganizations and cross-border transactions, as well as in tax due diligence and modelling. He also advises on fund structuring and management incentive arrangements.

Prior to joining his current firm, Corentin spent two years at a French boutique law firm exclusively dedicated to tax matters and three years at a leading U.S. law firm.
