Laura Bavoux is a partner in the Restructuring and Special Situations practice in Paris.
Laura advises listed and unlisted companies, industrial groups, investment funds, shareholders, debt funds and investors, both French and international, in the context of financial or operational restructurings, whether amicable or judicial.
She also deals with governance conflicts or disputes with company lenders, as well as LBO debt restructurings.
