December 10, 2018 (New York) – International law firm Proskauer represented Bain Capital Specialty Finance, Inc. (BCSF) in its initial public offering of 7,500,000 shares of common stock at a price of $20.25 per share, raising approximately $145.4 million. The shares began trading November 15 on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “BCSF”.
BCSF is an externally managed specialty finance company focused on lending to middle-market companies. It is managed by BCSF Advisors, L.P., an SEC-registered investment adviser and a subsidiary of Bain Capital Credit L.P.
