November 1, 2021 (London) – Proskauer has advised 7RIDGE, a Guernsey-based private equity investing partnership, in its acquisition of Trading Technologies International, Inc., (TT), a global provider of high-performance professional trading software, infrastructure and data solutions.
7RIDGE will fuel Trading Technologies’ organic growth and enable the firm to make targeted strategic acquisitions in the future.
The transaction includes a contemporaneous investment into KRM22, the technology and software investment company that focuses on risk management for capital markets.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
