April 12, 2002 (Los Angeles, CA) - Proskauer Rose LLP announced today that Mark Theodore has joined the firm's Los Angeles office as a lateral partner to further expand Proskauer's powerhouse Labor and Employment Law Department.
Mr. Theodore, 36, formerly with Jackson, Lewis, Schnitzler & Krupman, has joined one of Proskauer's largest practice groups, which provide legal services to major and mid-sized corporations throughout the U.S.

Theodore's practice focuses on traditional labor law, representing management in labor relations, arbitration and collective bargaining matters. He brings an impressive client list that includes Hilton Hotel Corp., The Dial Corporation, Rural Metro, Roll International etc.
Theodore received his B.S. in 1987 from Cornell University and his J.D. in 1990 from the Catholic University of America. Immediately upon graduating law school, he joined the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), serving as an attorney with that agency's Division of Advice.
