December 9, 2020 (New York) – Proskauer partner Rob Freeman has been named to Variety’s 2020 Dealmakers Impact Report, recognizing global leaders in the media and entertainment industry. Variety editors selected the honorees for this prestigious annual list, profiling the key people behind the most important deals in digital media, film, TV and music.

Rob Freeman is a partner in the Corporate Department, co-head of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group and a member of the Sports Law Group. Rob leads a team of corporate transaction attorneys focused on media, sports, entertainment and technology representing clients such as Discovery, Spectrum, Cox Communications, AMC Networks, ForgeLight, Altice USA, DISH/Sling, fuboTV, Hulu, NBA Media, NFL Media, and Urban One, among many others.

This is Rob’s third time being recognized by Variety’s Dealmakers Report. In addition, Rob recently was named to The Hollywood Reporter’s New York Power Lawyers 2020 list.
