Rafael Serrano is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Credit Group. He focuses his practice on UK/EU and cross-border leveraged acquisition finance transactions as well as general banking.
Rafael has represented financial institutions, private credit funds, PE sponsors and corporate borrowers on a broad range of multi cross-border unitranche financings and mezzanine, PIK and other subordinated debt financings, including leveraged and infrastructure acquisition finance, real estate finance and restructuring.
Rafael’s previous experience includes working as a managing associate in the London leveraged finance team at Linklaters.
Rafael is currently on secondment at a firm client.
