Rafael Serrano is a Private Credit associate and member of the global Finance practice and Private Capital Team.
Rafael focuses his practice on UK/EU and cross-border leveraged acquisition finance transactions as well as general banking.
Rafael has represented financial institutions, private credit funds, PE sponsors and corporate borrowers on a broad range of multi cross-border unitranche financings and mezzanine, PIK and other subordinated debt financings, including leveraged and infrastructure acquisition finance, real estate finance and restructuring.
Rafael’s previous experience includes working as a managing associate in the London leveraged finance team at Linklaters.
