Peter Tucci is an associate in the Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Private Client Services group. He advises high-net-worth individuals and families on complex estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning techniques. Peter has substantial experience assisting in the transfer of family businesses, commercial real estate, and investment fund interests. He also counsels clients on trust administration, probate, charitable planning, income tax issues, and all other aspects of estate planning.
Peter earned his J.D. from Yale Law School and his A.B., magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Princeton University. Prior to joining Proskauer, he clerked for the Hon. Jerry Smith, of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and worked as an estate planning attorney in the New York City office of a large international law firm.
He is admitted to practice law in California and New York.
