Lena Streisand is an associate in the Litigation department. She has experience litigating a variety of commercial and intellectual property disputes in state and federal courts, including contract, trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, unfair competition, and defamation matters. She has achieved significant results for both plaintiffs and defendants, including multimillion dollar wins, dispositive victories on motions to dismiss and summary judgment, and favorable outcomes in arbitration and mediation. Lena is experienced in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit strategy and discovery to trial and appeal.
Lena has also successfully defended clients in investigations and litigation involving allegations of healthcare fraud, False Claims Act violations, tax evasion, and customs and border control violations. She regularly advises clients facing parallel civil and criminal exposure.
During law school, Lena interned for the Honorable Heidi M. Pasichow at the Superior Court for the District of Columbia.
