Lara Miller is a senior counsel in our Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Group and a member of the Hospitality, Gaming & Leisure Group.
Lara regularly advises public and private companies as well as private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on a broad range of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A, carve-outs, joint ventures, growth equity investments, equity financings and other complex deal structures. She also counsels clients regarding general corporate governance matters and strategic transactions across various industries, including hospitality, real estate and financial services.
