Josh Cohn is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Equity Transactions and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. He has a general corporate practice and counsels both public and private companies, including private equity firms, investment banks, and strategic investors in connection with domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, stock and asset purchases and sales, joint ventures, private equity investments, minority investments, growth equity and venture-stage investments, reorganizations, and other strategic transactions, as well as general corporate matters. Josh’s experience involves transactions in an array of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, retail, technology, cyber security, healthcare, and consumer products.

In addition to his corporate practice, Josh engages in a variety of pro bono projects, including immigrant naturalization programs, election protection initiatives, and advising underrepresented business owners on formation and corporate governance.
