Hayley McGough is an associate in the Structured Credit practice, the Global Finance Group, and a member of the Firm's Private Capital industry group.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Hayley was a banking and finance solicitor in a top-tier New Zealand law firm advising on securitisations and structured finance, debt capital markets and financial markets regulation.
