Hamzah Hussain is a Private Credit associate and a member of the Global Finance practice and the Firm's Private Capital industry group.

Hamzah focuses his practice on UK and cross-border leverage acquisition finance and corporate lending transactions.

Hamzah has experience representing financial institutions and private credit funds as well as private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers across a wide range of syndicated, unitranche, club, second-lien, mezzanine and PIK-debt financings on both middle-market and high-cap transactions. Hamzah’s experience encompasses other investment products relevant to the private credit market, including note purchases and bond issuances (including subject of foreign law).
