Hal Plott is Chief Real Estate and Facilities Officer. He is responsible for all of Proskauer’s real estate, office operations and administrative services, supporting approximately 725 lawyers with a staff of more than 300 employees and outsourced providers.

In addition to overseeing a real estate portfolio of over 800,000 square feet in 13 cities on four continents, Hal directs the firm’s operations in a number of areas: construction, remodeling and maintenance, security, procurement, copy/mail/fax, food services and hospitality, and secretarial and document management. 

Hal has more than 25 years of law firm experience and has served in his current position since 1995. His career is highlighted by innovative and engaging workplace strategies that include the opening of our offices in Beijing, Boston, Chicago, Hong Kong, London, Newark, New Orleans, Paris and São Paulo, and the expansion and relocation of our offices in Boca Raton, Los Angeles, New York and Washington, D.C.
