Tre Polk earned J.D. degree from Duke University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law and Entrepreneurship master’s program (LLMLE). While at Duke, he worked at the Milwaukee Bucks and the Duke Endowment Fund (DUMAC).
Prior to law school, Tre attended the University of Mississippi where he majored in History. While completing his undergraduate degree, Tre owned and operated a small advertising company that he sold before attending law school.
As a finance associate, Tre focuses his practice on various financial transactions. He has experience acting for banks, borrowers and funds on a wide range of finance transactions which has also included advising in the context of the structured finance sector.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Tre was a managing associate at Dentons U.S. LLP in New York. Tre primarily focused on structured finance transactions at Dentons.
