Eric Martin is a technology specialist in the Litigation Department and a member of the Patent Law Group. His work focuses on domestic and foreign patent preparation, prosecution, freedom-to-operate analysis, and IP diligence for life sciences and pharmaceutical clients.
Eric received his Ph.D. in Life Sciences from Northwestern University, where his research focused on neurodegenerative disease, including the relationship between traumatic brain injury and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Eric received his B.S. from the University of Florida in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, where he studied the effects of hypertension and heart disease on the stress response.
