Eitan Goldberg is a special finance counsel in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Credit Group.

Eitan concentrates his practice on financing transactions for major commercial and investment banks, credit funds, alternative capital providers, private equity funds and corporate borrowers, including first and second-lien, secured and unsecured mezzanine, unitranche, ABL credit facilities, debtor-in-possession financings and other forms of credit in connection with acquisition finance, restructurings and recapitalizations, among other purposes.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Eitan was counsel at White & Case LLP.
