Proskauer

Connor Riser is an associate in Proskauer’s Labor Department and a member of the Employment Litigation & Counseling Group.

Connor represents employers in a broad range of workplace matters, including discrimination, retaliation and restrictive covenant disputes, and provides strategic counseling on internal investigations, labor-management relations and compliance with employment laws. He also has significant experience advising on employment issues arising from national and multinational corporate transactions. Connor has represented clients across diverse industries, including sports, financial services, media and entertainment, and law firms.

Connor earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor on the Annual Survey of American Law and held executive board positions with the Latinx Law Students Association and the Sports Law Association. He also holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an M.P.S. in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University.

Before joining Proskauer in 2024, Connor practiced in the labor and employment group of another leading New York law firm.
