Abhilasha Agarwal is a Private Credit associate and member of the Global Finance practice and the Firm's Private Capital industry group.
Abhilasha’s practice is focused on UK, EU and cross-border leveraged acquisition finance transactions.
Abhilasha has spent over four years in the Indian market and has significant experience advising lenders and corporate borrowers from an Indian law perspective on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, aviation leasing, private equity and M&A transactions, complex exchange control issues in connection with investments, financings and security creation.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Abhilasha was an associate at A&O Shearman in London and has considerable experience acting on real estate financing and corporate lending transactions.
