Tax partner Daniel Paulos spoke on a panel titled "Alternative Fund Taxation" at the 2022 Spring Tax Conference, hosted by the Wall Street Tax Association. The panel discussed ECI Dealer / Treaty Notices and YA Global Case, ECI & SPAC Sponsors, PFIC Proposed Regulations and Clawbacks & SEC Proposals.
