June 13, 2017 (NEW YORK) – Proskauer received the Corporate Strategic Deal of the Year award in two categories at M&A Advisor’s 9th Annual International M&A Awards Gala.

The Firm won the over-$1-billion Corporate Strategic Deal of the Year for representing Pacific Exploration & Production Corporation in its $5.5 billion restructuring.
