PARIS, September 25, 2026 – Proskauer announced today that Edouard de Rancher has joined the Firm as a partner in its Tax Department, based in Paris.
Edouard advises on the tax aspects of French and cross-border M&A and financing transactions, as well as the resolution of complex tax matters, reorganizations and disputes. He has significant experience in the healthcare and technology sectors, including AI and cryptocurrency, and brings deep industry knowledge across data centers, life sciences, hospitality, advisory, aviation, and manufacturing. Beyond his core corporate tax practice, Edouard represents clients in tax litigation and counsels executives on personal tax issues, as well as corporate groups and institutions on tax matters regarding their nonprofit activities.
