PARIS, September 17, 2026 – Proskauer today announced that Edouard Sarrazin has joined the Firm as a partner in its Antitrust Group, based in Paris. His arrival further strengthens Proskauer’s European antitrust offering and underscores the Firm’s continued investment in growing our internationally recognized competition practice.  

Edouard advises private equity sponsors, strategic acquirers, and multinational companies on all aspects of EU and French competition law. His practice encompasses transactional antitrust matters, including merger control, foreign direct investment reviews, and Foreign Subsidies Regulation reviews, as well as cartel investigations, antitrust litigation, and behavioral competition matters. He regularly represents clients before the European Commission and the French Competition Authority and has broad experience advising on dawn raids, abuse of dominance, and complex cross-border investigations.
