New York, May 14, 2026 – Proskauer announced today that Josh Sturm has joined the Firm as a Restructuring partner in New York. Josh deepens Proskauer’s Restructuring Group and bolsters the Firm’s private credit restructuring capabilities.

Josh has advised on a range of high-profile restructurings and liability management transactions across industries. He represents private credit investors, lenders, debtors, purchasers and other strategic parties in restructurings, asset sales, and bankruptcy litigation. He also advises on investments in distressed businesses.
