Kohli will Help Clients Navigate Myriad of Issues Affecting the Health Care Industry as Firm Meets Increasing Demand   

LOS ANGELES, March 10, 2022 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, today announced that Vinay Kohli has joined as a Partner in its Litigation Department. Vinay will be based in Los Angeles and will focus his practice on clients across the health care industry.

Vinay brings more than a decade of litigation experience to Proskauer, having spent the majority of his career working as a litigator and trusted advisor for health care providers. His clients include hospital systems, physician groups, post-acute care providers and healthcare technology companies. He also represents and advises private equity-backed clients in the health care industry on matters relating to fraud and abuse, revenue cycle management and labor and employment issues.

Vinay received his B.B.A. and M.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, and his J.D. from the University of Texas Law School. He joins from King & Spalding.
