NEW YORK, March 3, 2026 – Proskauer announced today that Vlad Bulkin has joined the Firm as a partner in its Private Investment Funds Group, reinforcing the Firm’s commitment to investing in cross-disciplinary teams that align with our private capital clients.

Vlad has extensive experience advising business development companies (BDCs), registered funds, and other investment companies on fund formation, capital raising and ongoing regulatory matters under the Investment Company Act and the Investment Advisers Act. He represents issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, including IPOs, at-the-market offerings, preferred stock offerings, debt offerings and strategic mergers. He also counsels public regulated investment companies on governance, reporting and securities law compliance.
