Shmalo will Help Grow the Firm’s Multi-Disciplinary Real Estate Practice

NEW YORK, November 5, 2021 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, today announced that Robert Shmalo has joined the Firm as a partner in the Real Estate Practice of the New York office, further strengthening the Firm’s Private Equity Real Estate Group.

With more than 15 years of experience, Rob’s practice focuses on representing private equity firms, investors and participants in complex transactions involving a wide variety of uses of real estate. Rob also works closely with real estate companies acquiring, developing and managing real estate investments.

“Rob’s experience representing sophisticated private equity and other investors in joint ventures and other transactions will allow him to deliver successful results for our clients, helping them expand their businesses and break into new domestic and international markets.
