LONDON, August 27, 2026 – Proskauer advised the Placement Agent and institutional investors in connection with the issuance of €200 million aggregate principal amount of 5.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2032 by Urbaser S.A.U., a global provider of integrated waste management and environmental services.
Spanish-headquartered Urbaser issued the notes as a private tack-on offering to the €800 million aggregate principal amount of 5.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2032 sold in its debut high yield issuance in 2026.
Funds managed by Blackstone Infrastructure and EQT Infrastructure announced in February that they had agreed to jointly acquire Urbaser from Platinum Equity, which is pending completion.
