April 25, 2018 (New York) – Proskauer represented Ares Capital on its recent upsize to the Ministry Brands, LLC (a/k/a Community Brands) credit facilities, bringing the total credit facilities size to approximately $1.5 billion. This transaction is the largest direct lending deal ever.
