LONDON, April 30, 2025 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced today that it advised Navro Group Limited (“Navro”) on its Series B funding round.
Navro is a London-headquartered FinTech that simplifies global payments for high-growth businesses. The investment was led by Jump Capital, with participation from Bain Capital Ventures, Motive Partners, and Unusual Ventures and the company will use the funding to expand into several key international markets, including the US, Hong Kong, Dubai and India.
The team previously advised Navro on its Series A funding round and on various aspects of its establishment and the negotiation of a range of software development, licensing and maintenance agreements.
The Proskauer team was led by partner Andrew Wingfield (M&A) and included associates Anna Sykes and Eleanor R. Craven (M&A). The team also included partner Barry Newman and associates Antonia George and Shameelah Khan (Finance) and partner John Verwey and associate Sulaiman Malik (Regulatory).
