LONDON, September 7, 2026 – Proskauer advised the financing sources in connection with Exponent’s investment in KTL, an Irish-based engineering services provider to the telecommunications and power sectors.
Exponent has signed an agreement to invest in KTL, partnering with the company to support its next phase of growth. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals in Ireland.
Founded in 1998, KTL has grown into a leading provider of engineering services across the telecommunications and power sectors, delivering end-to-end solutions spanning acquisition, planning and design through to construction, installation, commissioning and service management throughout Ireland and the UK.
