Charlotte Mount is an associate in the Global Finance practice, London’s Leveraged Finance team and a member of the Firm’s Private Capital industry group.
Charlotte has experience acting for banks and private credit funds on a wide range of leverage finance transactions which include broadly syndicated senior TLB financings, second lien financings, unitranche and PIK Holdco financings.
